Tabular Alumina


Outstanding fire resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, heat shock resistance, high strength, good toughness and stable compositions.

Cordierite


Small coefficient of thermal expansion and strong resistance to quench and heat. Fire resistant grade and ceramic grade are available.

Sintered Mullite


There are two kinds of all natural bauxite concentrate sintering and alumina powder sintering, 3 grades of M45, M60 and M70 available.

Fused Mullite


Perfect crystal development, large grain size, good thermal stability, high soft charge, low creep, corrosion resistance, ordinary and high purity.

Sintered Spinel


Corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, cutting resistance, slag resistance, good thermal shock, calcination in bauxite grade and alumina grade rotary kiln.

Fused Spinel


Large density, low water absorption, low expansion, good thermal stability, erosion resistance, AM60, 70, 80, 90 available.

Homogenized Bauxite


The main crystal phase of corundum is well developed and the microstructure is uniform. Good wear resistance, high density and good corrosion resistance.

Calcined Kaolin


Mullite phase is formed after calcination. The structural pores are continuously closed, dense and hard. It is an excellent raw material of aluminum silicon refractory.

Bubble Alumina


The maximum service temperature is 1800ºC, and the product has high mechanical strength, which is several times that of general light products.

Andalusite


Andalusite refractory brick can reduce fuel consumption, increase stability and save more than 40% of the consumption of general refractory materials.

Kyanite


Amorphous materials, electric furnace top bricks, phosphate unburned bricks, mullite bricks and low creep bricks are the main raw materials.

Cenosphere


It is used for making light sintered refractory brick, light unburned refractory brick, light castable and casting insulation riser.

Expanded Vermiculite


Xinjiang origin Vermiculite is silvery white after roasting and expansion, which is different from Hebei, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia.

Clay Porous Aggregate


Clay porous clinker is mainly used to prepare refractory castable and refractory spray coating.

High Alumina Cement


Bauxite grade CA50 series 525 and 725, and alumina powder pure calcium aluminate grades A70, 80 & 90.

High Temperature Pitch


Iron ditch material, ramming material, furnace mending material, gun mud, and binder of magnesia carbon brick, bonding, carburization and erosion resistance.

Sodium Silicate Powder


Binder of amorphous refractory materials such as kiln gunning material, castable and acid resistant mastic, with mol ratios of 2.5 and 3.25.

Fume Silica


Improve the compactness of refractory castable. When it coexists with Al2O3, it is easier to form mullite phase and enhance thermal shock resistance.

Hot-Resistant Steel Fiber


For the reinforcement of castable, there are two processes: melt extraction method and shear method, and the models are SUS430, 446, 304, 310 and 330.

Metallic Silicon Powder


Additives for refractory materials used in various kilns and kiln furniture can effectively improve the high temperature resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of refractory materials.

Calcium Lignosulphonate


It is used as dispersant and adhesive to improve operation performance, and has the effects of reducing water, strengthening and preventing cracking.

Chromium Oxide Green


Adding it to corundum or corundum spinel refractory can obviously improve its high temperature performance, slag resistance and corrosion resistance.
